Revest operates on a hybrid system designed to guarantee continuous operations, regardless of your network status.
- Log In: Start your shift instantly using your secure PIN or email.
- Connectivity Status: Check the top left corner of your screen:
- 🟢 Green (Online): You are fully connected. All data syncs in real-time with the back office.
- 🔴 Red (Offline): No internet connection. Don't worry—you can continue processing sales and printing invoices without interruption. The system securely saves your data locally and automatically syncs it the moment your connection is restored.
💡 Important Note: Certain operations require an active internet connection, such as requesting inter-branch stock transfers or retrieving the profile of a brand-new customer who hasn't visited your specific branch before.
