Step 1: Adding Products

You have three simple ways to add items to the cart:

  • Scan: Use the barcode scanner for the fastest entry.
  • Search: Type the product name or SKU into the search bar.
  • Browse: Select items directly from the visual category menus (ideal for touchscreens).

Step 2: Customer Association

  • Tap the "Customer" icon at the top of the invoice.
  • Search by mobile number or name.
  • Why it matters: This connects the purchase to the customer's profile, enabling loyalty points, tracking purchase history, and generating personalized e-invoices.

Step 3: Order Controls

  • Adjust Quantity/Price: Tap any product in the cart to modify the quantity or apply a discount (subject to your user permissions).
  • Park Order: * Did the customer forget their wallet or step away to grab another item?
    • Tap Park to put their invoice on hold and serve the next customer in line.
    • Tap Retrieve whenever they are ready to complete the transaction.

Step 4: Payment

  1. Tap Checkout.
  2. Select the payment method (Cash, Card, BNPL, Loyalty Points, or Split Payment).
    1. Example: A customer can split their total, paying part in "Cash" and the remainder by "Card".
  3. Tap Confirm. The invoice is generated instantly and can be printed or shared digitally via QR code.
