Step 1: Adding Products
You have three simple ways to add items to the cart:
- Scan: Use the barcode scanner for the fastest entry.
- Search: Type the product name or SKU into the search bar.
- Browse: Select items directly from the visual category menus (ideal for touchscreens).
Step 2: Customer Association
- Tap the "Customer" icon at the top of the invoice.
- Search by mobile number or name.
- Why it matters: This connects the purchase to the customer's profile, enabling loyalty points, tracking purchase history, and generating personalized e-invoices.
Step 3: Order Controls
- Adjust Quantity/Price: Tap any product in the cart to modify the quantity or apply a discount (subject to your user permissions).
- Park Order: * Did the customer forget their wallet or step away to grab another item?
- Tap Park to put their invoice on hold and serve the next customer in line.
- Tap Retrieve whenever they are ready to complete the transaction.
Step 4: Payment
- Tap Checkout.
- Select the payment method (Cash, Card, BNPL, Loyalty Points, or Split Payment).
- Example: A customer can split their total, paying part in "Cash" and the remainder by "Card".
- Tap Confirm. The invoice is generated instantly and can be printed or shared digitally via QR code.
