Inventory at the Edge

Revest POS gives you complete inventory visibility—not just for your specific location, but across your entire network.

Check Availability

  1. Tap the product name in your catalog.
  2. Select the Stock Availability tab.
  3. Instantly view a list of all branches and their current stock levels.

Stock Transfer Requests

Move items from the main warehouse to your branch, or between branches. You can initiate the request directly from the POS, while supervisors use the Back Office platform to review, adjust, and approve the locations, items, and quantities.

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Transfers.
  2. Select the Source and Destination locations.
  3. Add the required products and quantities.

The Approval Workflow

  • Draft: The request is initially created as a draft.
  • Shipped: The warehouse manager approves the request, and the status updates to shipped.
  • Received: The destination branch confirms delivery, officially transferring the stock liability to their location.
