Revest POS provides a comprehensive, integrated reporting module directly within the point of sale interface. This allows cashiers and store managers to easily track daily performance, analyze sales, and monitor inventory movements and payments without constantly relying on the Back Office.
To access your reports, open the side menu in the POS system and click Reports. The interface is divided into seven main sections, each covering a specific operational area:
1. Customers Report
This report analyzes customer purchases to help you understand shopping behavior.
- Top Summaries: Displays total customers, total amounts, and total sold quantities.
- Displayed Data: The table includes customer name, mobile number, customer segment, total orders, total products, total quantity, total spent amount, and average order value.
- Controls: You can filter data by specific dates or individual customers. It also includes options to export the report as a PDF or Excel file, and to send it via email.
2. Services Report
Designed specifically to track sales of non-inventory products (services).
- Top Summaries: Highlights total sold services, total quantity, and total collected amounts.
- Displayed Data: Shows the service name, catalog name, invoice number, customer mobile number, date, price, and quantity.
3. Payment Reports
Used to view the distribution of collected amounts across different payment methods, such as cash, card, Tabby, Tamara, and bank transfers.
- Top Summaries: Displays total Cash In, Cash Out (returns), and the Net Total.
- Displayed Data: Breaks down transaction details for each payment method separately to simplify reconciliation.
4. Salesperson Reports
Evaluates the performance of each sales employee based on the invoices registered under their name.
- Top Summaries: Highlights total invoices, average sales, and the total sales value per employee.
- Displayed Data: Lists invoices under each salesperson's name, including the invoice number, customer mobile number, date, customer name, payment method, quantity, and total amount.
5. Stock Transfers Report
Used to track the status of products moved between your branch and other locations or warehouses.
- Top Summaries: Displays shipped orders, shipped quantities, received orders, and received quantities.
- Tabs & Data: Divided into "Shipped" and "Received" tabs. The table shows the transfer order number, shipping date, shipping employee name, shipped quantity, and total items.
6. Archived Invoices
Used to search and review older, previously processed invoices.
- Includes a search bar and a date filter.
- Displays the invoice number, customer name, date, mobile number, discount, tax, amount, payment method, and invoice type.
7. Lost Opportunity Report
Records products that customers requested but were out of stock (such as missing quantities or unavailable colors), helping management restock efficiently for the future.
- Displayed Data: Shows the lost sales number, customer name, mobile number, date, total lost amount, salesperson name, and the reason for the lost opportunity.
- This report can be exported in PDF or Excel formats.
General Features in Reporting Screens
- Date Filters: Located at the top right of each report, allowing you to view data for today, this week, or a custom date range.
- Dynamic Column Filters: Enables you to show or hide specific table columns based on the information that matters most to you.
- Data Export: Most reports support exporting or printing, allowing you to present data to management or keep it for your records.
