The Revest central Back Office provides advanced reports and analytics tools to give system administrators and business owners a comprehensive, real-time view of sales performance, customer behavior, and inventory movements. This guide is split into two primary sections: the interactive Dashboard and the detailed Reports module.

1. Home Dashboard & Analytics

The central Home page features interactive information dashboards divided into three main performance-tracking areas:

A. Sales Dashboard

  • Key Indicators: Displays summary cards for total sales, returns, net sales, average sales value, discounts, and lost sale opportunities.
  • Analytical Charts: Provides a monthly bar graph comparing sales against returns to easily identify market trends and seasonal spikes.
  • Customer Breakdown: Uses a donut chart to illustrate the exact ratio and count of new versus returning customers.
  • Payment Method Analysis: Details the total amounts collected and their respective percentages based on checkout methods (Cash, Card, Digital/E-payment).
  • Performance Rankings: Evaluates and ranks your highest and lowest-performing branches, sales staff metrics, and best-selling products.

B. Overview

  • Displays core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including net sales, discounts, active showrooms, and average order value.
  • Generates dynamic lists showcasing your top 5 customers, top 5 branches, and top 5 best-selling product categories.

C. Customer Analytics

  • Customer Snapshot: Tracks total customer base, new sign-ups, active buyers, and churned accounts, alongside overall growth rates.
  • Conversion & Churn Analysis: Measures your visitor-to-buyer conversion rate and tracks churn behavioral changes over time.
  • Product & Color Preferences: Visualizes purchased items by category, highlights color trends (most and least sold shades), and maps out customer distribution by nationality.

2. Detailed Reports Module

Accessible from the side menu under Reports, this workspace contains comprehensive records that can be filtered and exported instantly in PDF or Excel formats.

A. Sales Reports

  • Invoice History: A complete list of all billing records. You can look up invoices by number, client name, or showroom, and filter results by invoice type and custom dates.
  • Orders: A master list of all sales orders. This tracking hub allows lookups by order number or mobile phone, with filters for order source (E-commerce storefront or physical branch) and current fulfillment status.
  • Delivery Orders: Reviews shipments that require delivery, detailing live fulfillment statuses and projected delivery timeframes.
  • Payments Reports: Summarizes customer payments with filters for specific transaction methods and branch locations to audit exact collections.
  • Salespersons: Tracks individual sales employee performance, transaction counts, and total generated revenue (essential for calculating commissions).
  • Customer Reports: Summarizes overall customer activity, transaction volume per client, last purchase date, and total lifetime spend.
  • Sales Quotations: Lists active price quotes that have not yet been converted into final invoices, tracking their current approval status and validity windows.
  • Colorant Reports: Engineered for paint mixing and tinting centers, displaying formula codes, exact tinting materials used, and corresponding quantities tied to the invoice.
  • Reconciliation: Automatically matches recorded system sales against actual electronic payment terminal responses to catch and display register discrepancies.
  • Lost Sales: Logs out-of-stock opportunities and missed customer requests, highlighting the recorded reason and lost transaction value to help management optimize replenishment.

B. Custom Reports

  • If pre-configured summaries do not meet your exact requirements, use the Custom Reports tool to build a personalized workspace.
  • The builder lets you select specific database fields to display (e.g., target products, exact customers, invoices, payment terms, or locations).
  • Apply customized conditional filters and compile the results to export to an external file.

C. Inventory Reports

These reports ensure businesses maintain optimal stock levels while avoiding capital-draining overstocks or out-of-stock bottlenecks:

  • On Hand Stock: Displays live available quantities across all locations for every catalog SKU.
  • Stock Transaction: Logs a strict audit trail of every inventory inflow and outflow movement.
  • Transfer Reports: Monitors and tracks transit inventory balances moving between branches and regional fulfillment hubs.
  • Near Expiry: Identifies batch-controlled products nearing their expiration dates to trigger proactive markdown promotions or timely write-offs.

General Note

Every reporting screen in the central Back Office features advanced multidimensional filtering options (such as filtering by store, region, legal entity, and custom date brackets) alongside instant Export actions for reporting to upper management or archiving data.
