Loyalty programs and customer rewards in the Revest platform are primarily managed through the Wallet system and Vouchers management. This allows the tracking of earned loyalty points and their use as financial balances in purchasing operations.

Here are the details of how it works:

1. Tracking Loyalty Points via Wallet

Every customer has their own digital wallet accessible through the "Customer 360" comprehensive view screen. All customer loyalty movements are recorded and tracked in the Wallet Transactions tab and categorized by specific colors for easy reading:

  • Earned (Green color): Such as earning loyalty points as a result of completing a specific purchase order.
  • Redeemed (Red color): Appears when using loyalty points as a discount or balance to pay the value of a new order.
  • Returned (Blue color): If the customer returns an order that was paid for using the wallet, the balance returns to it again.
  • Expired (Gray color): Points or balances whose validity period for use has ended.

2. Wallet Recharging and Vouchers Redemption

Through the Point of Sale (POS): The salesperson can add gift vouchers or rewards to the customer's wallet by accessing the "Vouchers" tab in the customer profile. When entering the voucher code manually or scanning it, the system verifies its status (valid, invalid, or expired) and displays its value.

  • Secure Authentication (OTP): To confirm charging the voucher to the customer's wallet, the system sends a One-Time Password (OTP) to the customer's mobile number. Once the salesperson enters this code, the amount is successfully added as a balance in the customer's wallet.
  • Through the B2B Platform: The system allows customers to manually register promotional vouchers or compensation vouchers in their accounts and add them to their balance to benefit from them later.

3. Paying with Loyalty Balance (Wallet)

Customers can utilize the earned amounts in their wallets (whether from loyalty points or added vouchers) as a payment method when completing purchasing operations (Checkout). The system requires that the "Wallet" payment option is not activated on the payment screen unless the customer has a balance in their wallet greater than zero.

4. External Integration of Loyalty Systems

The Wallet system, Vouchers management, and Promo codes in Revest are designed to support direct integration with external systems (such as the current integration with SAP and Jazeera Technologies POS systems). This integration ensures the synchronization of loyalty balances and voucher verification centrally and instantly via APIs.
