The Customer 360° profile organizes data cleanly across several functional sections to make insights easily digestible:

  1. Overview: Provides an instant snapshot of the customer’s general performance metrics and financial parameters, including their available balance, lifetime sales, lifetime returns, last visit date, and an automated breakdown of their top-purchased products.
  2. Profile / General: Houses core demographic records and personal details, such as their full geographical address, internal company division, registered customer group, and assigned financial rules.
  3. Timeline / User Activity: Tracks a continuous, omnichannel timeline of the consumer's entire purchase journey across every touchpoint, logging exact sequences of sales invoices, returned items, and issued price quotes.
  4. Sales History: Provides a comprehensive list of every historical sales invoice and return document tied to that account. It includes an integrated lookup bar to search by a specific invoice reference number alongside quick date filters.
  5. Products: Maps out every inventory item previously bought by the customer alongside their individual purchase frequency. This enables floor staff to anticipate shopper preferences and execute data-backed cross-selling or upselling on the spot.
  6. Wallet Transactions: Manages and evaluates all monetary activity linked to the shopper’s digital profile and ongoing rewards. For instant scannability, financial movements are color-coded based on status:
    1. 🟢 Green (Earned): Balances or loyalty points accumulated successfully from qualifying purchases.
    2. 🔴 Red (Redeemed): Funds or points deducted from the profile to apply a checkout markdown.
    3. 🔵 Blue (Returned): Funds automatically credited back into the shopper's wallet after processing a return on a transaction paid via wallet balance.
    4. ⚪ Gray (Expired): Accumulated rewards or promo credits that have surpassed their defined validity timeframe.
  7. Vouchers: A streamlined workspace for managing shopper incentives. Cashiers can manually enter or scan gift vouchers and promotional codes here to safely load balance to a user’s active wallet account.
